Soetdoring Vakansie Plaas is a brilliant caravan park that is situated in a preserved area where tranquility and calm that only well conserved trees can provide.

What an unforgettable weekend at Green Fountain! Laager 9 & Laager 18 came together for a jam-packed camping experience filled with laughter, great food, and even better company. Friday night kicked off with fires blazing, burgers on the braai, and plenty of fun despite a sudden thunderstorm. Saturday brought fresh excitement with the Mansfield Game Walk, spotting wildlife and enjoying breathtaking views. The day was topped off with ice-cold beers and pizza in Port Alfred — the perfect ending to an active day! Not forgetting the brave souls who took the Chilly Dip, proving once again that adventure is best shared together.

Friday evening after everyone had set up, Flu vaccines were given to all by Sr Graaf lol followed by hot Butternut Soup, Chicken&Corn Soup with home baked bread.

Tulbagh, the fourth oldest town in South Africa, was officially established in 1743. The valley was discovered in 1658, and the area began to be settled by farmers in 1699. The town developed around the building of the museum church in 1743.

Most families arrived on Friday, except for the Van Eeden’s and Vicars Jnr who joined the AGM on Saturday. Traffic heading towards Imhoff was a bit hectic, causing some delays however everyone arrived in good spirits.

This Outspan was all about healing waters, good food, and great company.

Once again we were blessed with a beautiful winter sunny day when arriving at Leentjiesklip on Friday.
